On October 11, the WPPA announced its remaining endorsements for the
upcoming state legislative elections. These endorsements are
determined by the WPPA’s board of directors, all of whom are active
members, and include membership input, the results of its cumulative
legislative report cards, as well as the candidates’ responses to its
questionnaire. The WPPA has a proud record of supporting candidates
on a bipartisan basis who can demonstrate a commitment to addressing
the fiscal challenges confronting this state while protecting the
services that Wisconsinites hold most dear.
As Wisconsin’s largest law enforcement group, the WPPA represents more
than 11,000 members from nearly 400 local associations statewide.
With over 70 years of service to law enforcement personnel, the WPPA
is widely recognized as the leading law enforcement group in
Wisconsin.
